From the moment you call us, a live person answers the phone and transfers you to the supply or service department, where your order or request is handled quickly and efficiently. Our technicians (50 in the Metro Area) are fully trained by Canon USA; The Smart Phones they carry allow us to dispatch them remotely, and to also order parts and request them to be messengered over. Service calls can be placed through our Web site, and once entered they are live in our system.
Service: Technician Assistance
Most parts are stocked here in our offices (over a million dollars in inventory), as opposed to waiting for next-day shipment from our Manufacturer. If parts are required, a messenger will deliver them to the jobsite so that the technician can service you immediately. It is our goal to complete the repair or replacement in one visit, providing a faster up-time and to avoid a follow up call for parts. We guarantee a response within four hours, but our normal response time is closer to two and a half hours.
